Evaluation of HDM-specific T cells and exhausted T cell populations in asthmatic mouse lungs. Lung samples were collected at 6 weeks post HDM sensitization. Golgi-stop was treated to cells and cells were re-stimulated for 4 h at 37 °C with HDM extract (5 µg/mL). T cell populations in the lungs were measured using flow cytometry.
