  2. Footnote: *Data represent mean (SD) or number (%). For each TH, the number of attendees at the beginning of each TH session reflects the number of those who had logged on at the TH start, whereas the number of survey attendees corresponds to those logged on at the start of survey, during the session. The number of survey respondents per TH corresponds to the mean of number of participants who responded to each question in that TH. Each response rate was calculated as the number of survey respondents divided by the number of attendees (at the beginning of the TH session or at the start of the survey). For demographic questions, the number of participants who responded and % of responses relative to this number are shown for each question. For the gender question, other choices in the survey included “Transgender female”, “transgender male”, “Non-binary/non-conforming”, however there were 0 responses for each of these categories across all THs. For race, “American Indian or Alaskan Native” was an option but there were 0 responses across 5 THs
